Reviews and Ratings
I had a great glamping experience overall, particularly enjoying the food and stunning scenery. However, I was disappointed that many activities were fully booked upon arrival, and I wasn’t informed that I could choose my meals ahead of time. Despite this, the highlight was an incredible bike ride in the snow, which made up for some scheduling issues.
The resort offers breathtaking views and a unique glamping experience that I truly enjoyed. The rooms are innovative and cozy, perfect for relaxing. However, the service had its shortcomings, especially regarding dietary needs. While the range of activities was appealing, the logistical challenges to reach the resort can be a hassle. Overall, it's a memorable place with both pros and cons.
This resort offers breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, particularly from the large windows in the rooms. The outdoor dining experience was delightful, enhanced by the attentive chef who made our anniversary special. However, the activities were somewhat limited, and scheduling them proved challenging. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff were exceptionally accommodating, others were less fluent in English, leading to a few frustrating moments. Overall, it's a beautiful place for a peaceful getaway, but it might not be ideal for those seeking a variety of activities.
Overall, this hotel offers stunning views and a unique experience but falls short on service and activities. The accommodations are nice, but I found the lack of flexibility from staff disappointing. While the dining is enjoyable, the lengthy service times can be an issue. I recommend this place for a quick visit to enjoy the views, but it may not be ideal for longer stays with family.
The stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The stunning view of Mt. Fuji was definitely the highlight, and the accommodations were quite nice, although I would have preferred a king bed instead of two twins. Unfortunately, the lack of activities and some language barriers with the staff made the experience a bit challenging. Overall, while the food was delightful, the service did not meet our expectations.
